For over 15 years, Sam has been a strategic HR partner and talent acquisition leader within a wide range of industries, from a small tech start-up, to a national retail distribution center, to a large local healthcare organization, to Fortune 500 companies. Sam's expertise includes recruitment practice and strategy, employee engagement, career development, performance management, employee relations, coaching, succession planning, and HR policy management and compliance.

Samantha lives in Columbus, Ohio, with her husband, toddler-aged son, and rambunctious dog.
