Samantha is passionate about partnering with businesses to simplify and solve their people challenges. Her approach is collaborative, curious, and direct while providing thoughtful, business-focused leadership as an HR expert and coach.

For over 15 years, Sam has been a strategic HR partner and talent acquisition leader within a wide range of industries, from a small tech start-up, to a national retail distribution center, to a large local healthcare organization, to Fortune 500 companies. She earned a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration Human Resources from The Ohio State University. 

 

Sam's expertise includes recruitment practice and strategy, employee engagement, career development, performance management, employee relations, coaching, succession planning, and HR policy management and compliance.

Samantha lives in Columbus, Ohio, with her husband, son, and rambunctious dog.
